This Privacy Policy explains how Mateusz Peryt, trading as Peryt Digital, a sole trader based in England ("Peryt Digital," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our website, contact us, book a call, or use our services (the "Services"). It also explains your privacy rights.

We are the controller of the personal information described in this Policy, except where we process data on behalf of our clients (see Section 3).

If you have any questions, email us at perytdigital@gmail.com.

1. Quick Summary

  • We collect contact details, business details, billing information, and basic website activity.
  • If you are a client, we also handle the messages, calls, and contact details of your customers on your behalf. That data belongs to you.
  • We use information to provide our Services, reply to enquiries, run our business, and market to businesses that may be interested.
  • We share information only with the tools we use to run the business, and when the law requires it.
  • We do not sell personal information. If we use advertising platforms in the future, you can opt out of ad tracking at any time (Section 8).
  • We may record calls with you for training and quality, and we will always tell you first.
  • You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time (Section 12).

2. Text Messages (SMS)

2.1 Messages we send you

When you give us your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages about our Services, such as appointment reminders, account updates, and (if you opt in) offers. We will not share your mobile number or opt-in with third parties for their marketing purposes.

  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time.
  • Help: reply HELP, or email perytdigital@gmail.com.
  • Frequency: varies depending on how you interact with us.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

Your phone number is processed by our messaging and CRM provider (GoHighLevel) only to deliver the messages you have agreed to receive.

2.2 Messages our clients send to their customers

Our clients use the systems we set up (for example, missed call text back and review requests) to text their own customers and leads. Those messages are sent by the client's business, not by Peryt Digital, and the client is responsible for having permission to contact you. You can reply STOP to any of these messages to stop receiving them.

3. Data We Handle for Our Clients

When a client uses our Services, we store and process information about their customers and leads, such as names, phone numbers, messages, call records, and review requests. For this information, the client is the controller and Peryt Digital acts only as their processor (or "service provider"). We use it only to provide the Services to that client, as set out in our Data Processing Addendum.

If you are a customer of one of our clients and want to access or delete your information, please contact that business directly. If you contact us, we will pass your request on to them.

4. Information We Collect

  • Contact details — name, email address, phone number.
  • Business details — business name, trade, service area, website, logo, photos, and anything else you give us to build your website and system.
  • Billing information — what you buy and your billing history. Card details are handled by our payment provider (Stripe); we never see or store your full card number.
  • Website activity — pages visited, links clicked, device and browser type, approximate location (city or state) from your IP address, and how you arrived at our website.
  • Communications — emails, messages, and notes from calls with us, and call recordings where we record a call (Section 9).
  • Your login — the details you use to sign in to the system we set up for you.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (such as health data, religious beliefs, or biometric data) or information about children.

5. Where We Get Your Information

  • From you — when you fill in a form, book a call, sign up, or contact us.
  • From your device — through cookies and similar technologies on our website (Section 8).
  • From the tools we use — such as GoHighLevel and Stripe.
  • From advertising platforms — if we run ads in the future (for example on Meta or Google), when you respond to one of our ads.
  • From public sources — such as business directories, Google Business Profiles, and your existing website.

6. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide our Services — building your website, setting up your system, billing, support, and keeping you updated about your account.
  • Sales and marketing — replying to enquiries, following up after a call, and sending emails or texts about our Services where you have agreed or the law allows it.
  • Improving our website and Services — understanding how people use our website and fixing problems.
  • Training and quality — reviewing recorded calls, if we record them.
  • Security — preventing fraud and misuse.
  • Legal and business admin — accounting, tax, record-keeping, and meeting our legal obligations.

Our legal reasons (UK GDPR)

Because we are based in the UK, we must have a legal reason to use your information. We rely on:

  • Contract — to provide the Services you have signed up for, or to take steps you ask for before signing up.
  • Legitimate interests — to run and grow our business, market to businesses, keep our Services secure, and improve them, where this does not override your rights.
  • Consent — for marketing texts, non-essential cookies, and call recording. You can withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legal obligation — to keep financial records and meet other legal requirements.

7. Who We Share Your Information With

We only share personal information with the tools and people we need to run the business, who may use it only for the purposes we allow:

  • GoHighLevel — our CRM, website hosting, text messaging, calls, and automation platform.
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Google — email (Gmail), file storage (Google Drive), and video calls (Google Meet).
  • Zoom — video calls, and recordings of calls where we record them.
  • Other business tools — such as accounting or scheduling software, used only to run our business.
  • Advertising platforms — if we run ads in the future (for example Meta or Google), limited website data may be shared to show and measure our ads (Section 8).
  • Professional advisers — such as accountants and lawyers.
  • Buyers — if the business is moved to a company or sold, the new owner would take over this information.
  • Authorities — when required by law, a court order, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information. We never share mobile numbers or text-messaging opt-ins with third parties for their own marketing.

8. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Make the website work (essential cookies).
  • Understand how the website is used (analytics).
  • Show and measure our ads, if we run them in the future (such as the Meta pixel or Google Ads).

Some US states treat sharing website data with advertising platforms as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. If we do this, you can opt out at any time:

  • Use the Your Privacy Choices link in our website footer.
  • Email perytdigital@gmail.com with the subject line "Opt Out."
  • Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser; we treat it as an opt-out.
  • You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

9. Call Recording

We may record sales, onboarding, and support calls for training, quality, record-keeping, and resolving disputes. If we record a call, we will tell you at the start. By continuing the call, you agree to it being recorded. If you do not want to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call and we will not record it. Our calls take place on Zoom or Google Meet, and recordings are stored there.

10. How Long We Keep Your Information

  • Client records — while you are a client, and for a reasonable time afterwards (Section 17.4 of our Terms explains what happens to your data when you leave).
  • Enquiries and leads — until you ask us to delete them or opt out, or until we no longer need them.
  • Billing and tax records — at least 6 years, as required by UK law.
  • Call recordings — up to 2 years, unless needed for a dispute.
  • Website analytics — up to 26 months.

After we delete your information, we may keep limited details where the law requires it or to resolve disputes and prevent fraud.

11. International Transfers

We are based in England, and the tools we use (such as GoHighLevel, Google, and Stripe) store data in the United States and other countries. When we transfer personal information outside the UK, we rely on recognised safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, standard contractual clauses, or the UK-US "data bridge", as offered by those providers.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access — get a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Correct — fix information that is wrong.
  • Delete — ask us to delete your information.
  • Portability — receive your information in a portable format.
  • Object or restrict — object to, or ask us to limit, how we use your information, including for direct marketing.
  • Opt out — of marketing, and of any "sale" or "sharing" for advertising.
  • Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent.
  • Not be treated differently — we will not charge you more or give you a worse service for using your rights.

These rights come from UK data protection law (UK GDPR) and, for US residents, the privacy laws of your state where they apply.

How to use your rights

Email us at perytdigital@gmail.com or use our privacy request page. We may ask you to confirm your identity first. We will reply within one month (or the time your local law requires). There is no charge for most requests. You can ask someone to make a request for you if they have your written permission.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, or to the regulator in your own state or country.

13. Children

Our website and Services are for businesses and are not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think we have, email us and we will delete it.

14. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, such as using secure, encrypted tools, strong passwords, two-factor authentication, and limiting who has access. No method of storing or sending data online is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

15. Links to Other Websites

Our website may link to other websites. This Policy does not cover them, so please read their privacy policies.

16. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make important changes, we will tell you on our website or by email.
